Nick Hill, a former Du Quoin Indian has played football as an SIU Salukis, in training camp as a Chicago Bear, last year in the af2 with the Rio Grande Valley Dorados and this year he is the starting QB for the AFL Orlando Predators.
This year he has broken the Preds franchise record with most passing yards in a season and has broken or tied several single game passing records this season.
He lead the Predators this year into the playoffs, a record setting 18th straight year. As for playoffs, Nick lead the Salukis two years into the playoffs and the Salukis still hold the second longest active college playoff streak.
As an Indian he lead DuQuoin to the state championships, and has also contributed to the record holding 26th consecutive year that the Indians have made the IHSA playoffs.
